What is your photographic style?

My style can be described as elegant and spontaneous. During the shootings, I aim to document the interactions between the people in front of me, without forcing or altering the scene in any way. However, I pay attention to achieving aesthetically pleasing and elegant results.

In my reportages, I consider it essential to document not only the "who" but also the "where" and, if possible, the "when".

Qual è il tuo stile fotografico?

Il mio stile può essere descritto come elegante e spontaneo. Durante gli shooting mi pongo l’obbiettivo di documentare le interazioni tra le persone che mi trovo davanti, senza forzare e senza modificare la scena in alcun modo. Presto però attenzione all’ottenimento di un risultato esteticamente piacevole ed elegante.

Nei miei reportage reputo fondamentale documentare non solo il “chi”, ma anche il “dove” e, possibilmente, il “quando”.

How long does a wedding service last?

It depends on the requests and preferences of the couple. If they wish, I usually start the service with preparations at their respective homes, focusing more on the bride. The service typically concludes at the end of the celebration.

Quanto dura un servizio matrimoniale?

Dipende dalle richieste e i gusti degli sposi. Se è loro piacere, sono solito cominciare il servizio con i preparativi nelle rispettive case, concentrandomi maggiormente sulla sposa. Il servizio normalmente si conclude con la fine della festa.

How many photographs do you take during a service?

I take a lot of photos throughout the day; it's difficult to give an exact number, but it definitely exceeds a thousand shots. During post-production, I make a fairly extensive selection to ensure coverage of all the main moments.

I never deliver all the RAW files of the shots. Typically, for a standard-length event, I deliver between 500 and 800 photos.

Quante fotografie scatti durante un servizio?

Durante la giornata scatto davvero tanto, difficile dare un numero di riferimento ma sicuramente si supera il migliaio di scatti. In fase di post produzione effettuo una selezione abbastanza ampia da assicurare la copertura di tutti i momenti principali.

Non consegno mai tutti i file RAW degli scatti. Solitamente, per un evento di durata standard, consegno tra le 600 e le 900 foto.

What type of post-production do you perform?

Firstly, I apply white balance correction, adjust lights, shadows, and contrast. Then, I recalibrate the colors according to my standard palettes, adapting them to the characteristic tones of the event. Finally, I optimize the brightness and sharpness of the image. If necessary, I also apply vertical and horizontal line straightening.

Che tipo di postproduzione esegui?

Dapprima applico una correzione del bilanciamento del bianco, luci, ombre e contrasto. Successivamente ricalibro i colori secondo le mie palette standard, adattandole alle tinte caratteristiche dell’evento. In conclusione ottimizzo luminanza e nitidezza dell’immagine. Qualora necessario applico un raddrizzamento di linee verticali e orizzontali.

What equipment do you use?

I use two Canon full-frame sensor camera bodies. I prefer prime lenses, particularly 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm. I always carry two flashes, which I rarely use, even in low-light conditions, a tripod, and a third backup camera body.

Che attrezzatura utilizzi?

Utilizzo due corpi macchina Canon con sensore full frame. Prediligo ottiche a focale fissa, in particolare 35, 50 e 85mm. Porto sempre con me due flash, che raramente utilizzo, anche in condizioni di scarsa luminosità, un treppiede e un terzo corpo macchina di backup.

How is the service delivered?

Delivery takes place within three months from the date of the photoshoot. The images are delivered through an online gallery.

Come viene consegnato il servizio?

La consegna avviene entro tre mesi dalla data di esecuzione del servizio fotografico. Le immagini vengono consegnate tramite galleria online.

Do you only work in Cagliari?

Absolutely not! I enjoy getting to know and shooting in new places. I'm available to travel anywhere.

Lavori solo a Cagliari?

Assolutamente no! Mi piace conoscere e scattare in luoghi nuovi. Sono disponibile a spostarmi ovunque.

Do you only perform wedding services?

No, I cover photography of people in all aspects. I am available for wedding, engagement, family, couple, and portrait sessions, as well as ceremonies.

Esegui solo servizi matrimoniali?

No, mi occupo di fotografia di persone a 360°. Sono disponibile per servizi matrimoniali, prematrimoniali, di famiglia, sessioni di coppia e di ritratto, cerimonie.
